Changing Winds has been in contact with communities throughout western South Dakota where the blizzard started the winter off with a bang!

Below is a list of agencies and individuals referred to us by tribal agencies who are making sure that your welcome donations are reaching the people in distant communities. Click on each location for specific information and urgent needs:
